Products and Availability

Products sold on the site are intended for cosmetic use. Product availability is subject to change without notice. In case of unavailability of an ordered product, the customer will be informed and can choose between a refund or an alternative product.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT.
• Accepted payment methods are credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
• Payment must be completed at the time of ordering.
• In case of errors in the published prices, Soé Milano reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Shipping and Delivery

• Countries served: There are no countries excluded from shipping.
• Shipping time:
  • Italy: 2-3 working days
  • Europe: 4-5 working days
  • Rest of the world: 10 working days
• Couriers used: GLS, DHL, UPS
• Free shipping: For orders over $100.
• Order tracking: After shipment, the customer will receive a tracking code via email.

Returns and Refunds

• The customer has the right to return a product within 14 business days of receipt.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, Soé Milano does not accept returns of products that have been opened or are missing the sealing stamp on the box. Such products will not be refunded.
• If the return is accepted, shipping will be the responsibility of the seller.
• To initiate a return procedure, the customer must write to info@soemilano.com.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation of return acceptance.

Warranty and Service

• There is no product warranty.
• In case of problems or service requests, the customer can contact customer service at info@soemilano.com.

Limitation of Liability

• Soé Milano will not be responsible for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the purchased products.
• The customer is responsible for using the purchased products correctly and in accordance with the instructions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Soé Milano reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be effective from the time they are posted on the website.
